    <title>Good ADHD Diet</title>
    <link>http://www.adhdaction.com/adhd-blog.html#Good-ADHD-Diet</link>
<description>To get back to my best concentration I am going to a strict ADHD diet this month.

This November I will be cutting out all the foods that I find increase my symptoms of ADHD.

That means I'll be cutting out any and all animal products. That includes dairy and eggs.

This is just for one month. I want to spend 30 days on success against my symptoms. After that I will decide what to do.

This has worked wonders against my ADHD symptoms in the past. I look forward to that again.

Wish me luck!

Nathaniel.</description>
